In 2014 at Majuba Power Station Sampling Systems was contracted to perform Power Plant Performance and Monitoring services for a period of 5 years.



Sampling Systems main objective were to monitor the plant performance daily through routine PF Sampling and testing services. In addition, Air Heater leakage tests, Combustion Air Flow measurements and Fly-Ash sampling was performed throughout the duration of the contact period. Mill optimisation tests has been done to optimise the mill performance and to ensure correct combustion and boiler efficiency.
